Annual Fun Events

September long weekend - Alberta Black Powder Cannon Shoot will hold their annual Event. This generally means closing the Rifle range on Friday at 12:00 for set up and then take down on the Sunday at approximately 12:00 to 2:00 pm when members may again use the range.

This is a fun event and the public is welcome to attend to view the fund and skill of these individuals.

Trap Club Spring Shoot

Shot Gun Range - Spring shoot - Multiple teams competing and steak BBQ on final day. This event is usually planned for middle of May to the end of June.

Come out and enjoy the challenge of trap shooting. You can meet some of the local trap shooters and make some new friends and learn some enhanced skills.

A wise trap shooter once told me "Clay pigeons are not hard to hit... they're just easier to miss."

He was right but if you don't try you will never know if your a natural,  or like most of us could use a few tips from the guys who have been doing this for a while.

Come on out even if you would like to watch and cheer on your friends or family member. Fun for all in this friendly competition.

Registration fees reflect the current cost of supplies so these are subject to change as costs increase.
